IMPORTANT BUDGET STUFF

We are putting together a more finalized budget for multiple reasons, the most important being we are applying for funding from the school.

I need to know the following by TUESDAY, FEB 3 by 10PM (end of practice).

Please do it to the best of your ability and be as specific as possible! If there are any questions, please call me!!

1) Flyers
- By whom (place we're getting it done at.. sgxmedia.com probably)
- cost PER flyer
- Total Cost
- Total # of flyers
- SGX's prices: $175 for 1000, $210 for 2500... lets do the second one?

2) Posters
- By whom (business)
- cost per poster
- Total cost
- probably don't need TOO many of these

3) Welcome/Info Packets
- Where will we get these printed
- How much each packet will cost
- Cost includes folder/envelopes, lanyards/nametags

so... i still don't get the whole POSTERS thing sylvia-

what EXACTLY will we be printing? I need to know what you want EXACTLY, and what it's purpose is.

Also, I just emailed kari about the design stuff. I'm hoping she has time to fix the stuff/respond and send me the stuff to get the design into sgx for printing by the end of this month (which also means i need to know whats going on posters) oki doki

So basically the posters are like the ones we're making for Senior Ex.

They are just used for advertising posters. It's a poster form of they flyers. These will be posted around the community (on bulletin boards at different locations) and on campus. If you want to see the ones from the last time we hosted, you can email drew and ask him to scan and send you a copy of it (or send a pic of it) because he has one (i hope he still has it).
