Some Updates
Hi,
1) We need a projected budget for the committee and that is due no later than Sept. 12 (Fri).
Just basically remember what we talked about: flyers, posters, ads, t-shirts, welcome/info packets, nametags, etc.
Anything else you think is necessary, please add it on!
2) Please come up with a preliminary time-line/calendar also due no later than Sept. 12 (Fri).
Just dates/months (ex: [insert month/day]: print flyers, [insert month/day]: get shirts printed by, etc.)
If you have any questions, feel free to shoot me an email or set up a meeting with me.

Just had a few questions
1. When are invitationals?
2. We are guessing for 300 participants? (Is that including Jodaiko +newbies?)
3. What was amount we were given?

2) Yes, about 300 including Jodaiko
3) You guys have to come up with your own budget. It'll be a pretty rough estimate, though. I'll email you guys some of the old budget information and the like but it's your guys' job to come up with something that we can work with for this year. Considering we don't have a lot of info we won't have to strictly stick to it, but we need some sort of number to fundraise towards.
