Some Updates

Yo,

1) We need a projected budget for food and that is due no later than Sept. 12 (Fri).
Please keep in mind we will be inviting about 16 schools.
Some things we will need: 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, Sat Dinner (participants, workshop leaders, volunteers, etc), and Sunday Dinner (for the same).
If you think of anything else that would need to be added to the budget for food (maybe refreshments for the concert and the like), please add it into the projected budget.

2) Please come up with a preliminary time-line/calendar also due no later than Sept. 12 (Fri).
Just general dates/months (ex: [insert month/day]: find donors, [insert month/day]: send donation letters, etc.)
