Equipment Storage for the Weekend

Hey!

Just letting you know, the concert will most likely be a two day concert held in the Student Center since we most likely will not be able to get the Bren for Sunday.

For storing equipment, after Doug talked to the Student Center peoples, the deal is that if we have the student center reserved with no other groups in-between (which is the case for us), storing anything in the pacific ballrooms overnight is FREE!!! YAY.

Also, for storing the other equipment, I was thinking of what about possibly just keeping them in the white transportation vans overnight? Could that be a possibility? Or if there is enough freshman to take in enough people, if we use someone's house to store equipment instead of attendees. Let me know what you think or other ideas!

What other equipment would we store in the vans and where are these vans coming from lol?

The vans are from the transportation committee and the other equipment I'm talking about are the schools equipment who come late after the student center closes so we can't keep it in there the first night.

my only concern about storing in the vans is the temperature.

I don't want the equipment to be too cold.

True.. if we have enough housing, we could use one person's house as a storage house and keep the equipment there instead of people maybe?
