LOTS of updates!

Hello!

1) So, I was wondering if you boys can update me on the status of the press packet promo DVD. I will need it to be completed by Sept 5 (Fri). If you need an extension, let me know. If you need anything else, let me know or schedule a meeting with me and a director.

2) I also hope you guys have been continuously working on finding companies/people/whatever to send the press packets too. So far so good, but we need lots more! We'll send them out as soon as the DVD is completed. (Don't worry about the rest of the press packets.. I'll take care of that!)

3) Reminder to have a preliminary timeline/calendar by Sept. 5 (Fri), also.

4) I will be receiving projected budgets from each committee (due on Sept 12) which I will in turn hand over to you guys so we can make a more accurate budget. But don't worry about that until it gets here.
