Hey!

Do the fundraiser! It's easy and it's mandatory. Let your friends know!
2) Have any others confirmed? Have you talked to San Jose Taiko yet?
3) you needed more time to plan the actual workshops (what workshops go what days, etc) so please have that done BY THE END OF BREAK/WHEN SCHOOL STARTS.
4) any other updates? did the leaders let you know how many ppl are coming?
5) please make sure to keep in contact with the leaders. make sure they cONFIRM. or get a date when they will be able to confirm.
