New Deadlines!

For MARCH 13th, I need to know an approximate # of volunteers you will need (for what time of day + to do what).

Everything must be finalize and sent to both Colie and myself by FRIDAY, APRIL 4th.

This includes:
Final housing assignments
Driving assignments (picking people up from airport + times, Driving route to/from campus for off-campus housing)
Parking permits for the weekend (total count of how many, where people are parking their cars, etc.)
Anything you want in the welcome/info packet (house etiquette, etc).

And anything else Colie asked for (I feel like she asked for a lot more so if you don't remember, ask her to update it on here so you can just check later if you need to).
