New Deadlines!

For MARCH 13th, I need to know how approx. many volunteers you would need, at what times, and for what reason.

Finalized things are due FRIDAY, APRIL 4th.

This includes:
- Final Setlist (total time of whole concert each day, times per song-including finale)
- Equipment movement during the concert + during spiking (talk with equipment committee about this too)
- Programs (when are you making them? when do you need ads back by? talk with fundraising committee about this)
- Finalize all logistical elements (lights, signs, parking, food tables, video feed, mics, PA system, etc)
- Make sure the Pacific Ballroom is reserved on Friday, cuz that's when set up will be!!
- Spiking order

Hey! Some of this info might overlap with whats above this.. better to do that than miss stuff!

1) Program Setup

2) Programs
Due date for ad forms are April 26, and printing a week after.
How long does it take for us to get them printed and back?

3) Spiking Order + Who is in charge of spiking on what day?

4) Concert Saturday @ 5PM, Sunday @ 4PM
