Welcome/Info Packets

I'm writing on other people's threads (labeled new deadlines!) about things they need to get to you for info packets. Can you do me a favor and check and see if i wrote everything (I probably didn't) and if I missed stuff, leave a note on the thread telling them what else they have to send to you + me so they can't tell us they didn't know!
