Hey committee!

1) email the freshies and figure out how many people approx. they can house!
Let's try to finalize the housing numbers as soon as possible

2) possibly use alumni to house was said at the meeting.
I agree with you -- we should do that as last resort.

I attached new committee descriptions which I think everyone should take a look at because I organized the tasks to be done in there.
