Some Updates

Hi,

1) We need a projected budget for the committee and that is due no later than Sept. 12 (Fri).
Please keep in mind we will be inviting about 16 schools.
Keep in mind travel costs (gas, etc.) and workshop leader lodging (about 2 nights for maybe.. 10 or so guests?).
Add on anything else that you feel would be necessary.

2) Please come up with a preliminary time-line/calendar also due no later than Sept. 12 (Fri).
Just general dates/months (ex: [insert month/day]: find lodging for wkshop leaders, [insert month/day]: book lodging, etc.)
