For MARCH 13th:
I need to know the approximate # of volunteers you will need (for each day, when we'll need them, and what for)
I need the final list of prices and food by FRIDAY, APRIL 4th.
To try to get more discounts, call the places you want to get food from and tell them approx. how much we would want to order and see if they'll discount or throw in something free (they tend to do that if you buy a lot). If you give them numbers, they are more willing than if you just ask!

Hey! Some of this info might overlap with whats above this.. better to do that than miss stuff!
1) Food list + Prices
2) Where you are getting plates, forks, napkins, etc + prices
3) Where are we getting tables for the lunch, dinner, breakfasts + concert refreshments
4) which room is the hospitality room for workshop leaders going to be?
