1) Consider what was said at the meeting. Figure out logistics for the concert (stage setup, etc).



2) Think about having the reception and if we want to pay for it/if it's worth it. Ask old members what they think.

remember it costs $100 to clear the area and $10 for 2 tables.. and we'd have to pay for more food also.
