Some Updates

Hi,

1) We need a projected budget for the committee and that is due no later than Sept. 12 (Fri).
Please keep in mind we will be inviting about 16 schools.
Some things to remember: the concert facility, audio/visual, etc.
Anything that you think will be necessary to have money spent on, please add it on.

2) Please come up with a preliminary time-line/calendar also due no later than Sept. 12 (Fri).
Just dates/months (ex: [insert month/day]: reserve concert facility (bren), [insert month/day]: reserve audio/visual, etc.)
